The particles of the circular vibrating sieve whose material size is less than 3/4 of the sieve hole size are easy to pass through the sieve, and are called easy to sieve; the particles larger than 3/4 of the sieve are difficult to pass through the sieve and are called difficult to sieve; Particles that are 1-1.5 times the mesh size are called barrier particles. Therefore, sieving contains a large number of finer grades of finer materials, and you can increase the auxiliary sieving method. Use an auxiliary sieve with a larger mesh size to pre-discharge the coarser grades of the product on the screen.


The material contains moisture, which will make the material have a certain viscosity, so that the fine particles will stick to each other into a group, and the large particles will block the screen hole. These reasons make the screening process more difficult and will reduce the screening efficiency. Therefore, when sieving this kind of material, install a cleaning sieve setting in the equipment or use a strong screen. If it is that kind of large ore, we can choose a self-cleaning vibrating screen.


If the material contains viscous substances that are easy to agglomerate, when the water content is low, it will also stick to agglomerates, making the fine mud mixed into the product on the screen, and quickly clogging the screen holes. In this case, pre-washing should be considered. If the particle shape of the material is round, it is easier to pass through square and round holes.
