1. Sequence method: screening from fine to coarse. The maintenance is convenient, and it is easy to observe the working conditions of each layer of the vibrating screen. In the screening process from fine to coarse, the screen surfaces are sequentially arranged in the order of increasing sieve holes. In addition to the single-shaft vibrating screen, each screen can be discharged separately along the entire length of the screen surface.
2. Overlapping method: screening from coarse to fine. In the straight-line vibrating screen from coarse to fine screening, the screen surfaces are overlapped one by one, the upper screen surface has a larger screen hole, and the lower screen surface has a gradually reduced screen hole.
3. Combined method (mixed screening): In the combined process, part of the screen surface is arranged from coarse to fine, and part of the screen surface is arranged from fine to coarse. In production practice, circular vibrating screens usually use a screening process from coarse to fine or combined.
The above three methods are the more commonly used screening methods for vibrating screens. It is necessary to decide which method is better according to the materials to be screened, which can improve work efficiency.
