Why is the vibrating screen blocked?

The moving screen is an indispensable screening equipment in daily industrial production. However, due to the characteristics of the material, various forms of screen hole blockage will occur. The main reasons for the screen hole blockage are as follows:


1. The material has a high water content, and many materials have fiber materials

2. Contain a large number of meshes close to the separation point;

3. Spherical particles or materials with multiple contact points to the mesh;

4. Static electricity will occur;

5. There are more flake particles;

6. The wire diameter of the woven screen is too thick;

7. For thicker screens such as rubber screens, the hole shape design is unreasonable, which does not achieve the characteristics of upper, small and large, and the particles are stuck, causing the screen to be blocked.


Since most of the material particles that need to be screened are irregular, the causes of blockage are also different. To effectively prevent the blockage of the vibrating screen, the following measures should be taken:

1. When the material particle size is finer, the mud content is more, and the sieving particle size is smaller, the water will play a decisive role in the blockage of the screen;

2. When the moisture in the material is greater than 5%, if the screen surface of the material is dried unconditionally, the screen surface and the screen hole should be selected in a targeted manner;

3. When the moisture is greater than 8%, wet screening should be used;

4. For materials with more flake particles, you need to change the material and use different crushing methods and particle size crushing processes.


A reasonable adjustment is to reduce the stretching force of the grid screen to plug the loopholes. The reasonable tension force creates an effective method of vibrating the small screen with the second beam, thereby effectively reducing the blocking loopholes. The specific method phenomenon is constant. The tension is tight on the hook, which is installed on the tension spring bolt.
