When starting to work, you must first ensure the normal operation of the leaf filter, check whether the installation is in place, whether the valve, and the first wheel are tightly closed to maintain the normal operation of the pressure.
Open the oil inlet valve and overflow valve, turn on the oil pump, and fill the tank with oil. When the liquid is observed from the overflow pipe sight glass, it means that the raw material liquid has filled the tank.
Close the overflow valve, open the circulation valve, and start the circulation, about 5-10 minutes, when the clear night is observed through the sight glass of the discharge pipe, it indicates that the filter cake has formed.
Close the circulation valve, open the Qingye valve, and start filtering. Generally, the thickness of the filter cake is controlled at 2-3 cm. The pressure change can be observed from the pressure gauge on the upper part of the tank. During the filtering process, as the filter cake thickens, the pressure rises. Generally, when the pressure reaches about 0.4pa, the oil pump needs to be stopped.
During the cake blowing process, stop the oil pump, close the liquid inlet valve, open the intake valve, and start to blow the cake. The pressure is generally maintained at 0.45-0.5pa. The cake blowing effect is better. The cake blowing time is generally 15-30 minutes. Observe through the mirror, and stop blowing the cake when there are few half-view mirrors in the night.
In the process of vibration slag discharge, open the sewage valve, return the original liquid from the lower part of the vertebral body to the original liquid tank, open the exhaust valve to restore the pressure to zero, open the butterfly valve, and vibrate the slag.
Return all valves to their original positions (ie, close the valves) and wait for the next filtration.
