working process of leaf filter:
First of all, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, check whether the equipment is installed in place, whether the valve and the first round are tightly closed, so that the normal operation of pressure can be maintained.
Step 1: Open the oil inlet valve and overflow valve of the leaf filter, turn on the oil pump, and fill the tank with oil. When the liquid is observed from the overflow pipe sight glass, it means that the raw material liquid has filled the tank.
Step 2: Close the overflow valve of the leaf filter, open the circulation valve, and start the circulation, about 5-10 minutes, when the clear night is observed through the sight glass of the discharge pipe, it indicates that the filter cake has formed.
Step 3: Close the circulation valve of the leaf filter, open the Qingye valve, and start filtering. Generally, the thickness of the filter cake is controlled at 2-3 cm. The pressure change can be observed from the pressure gauge on the upper part of the tank. When the pressure is thickened and the pressure rises, the oil pump needs to be stopped when the pressure is generally about 0.4pa.
Step 4: The cake blowing process, stop the oil pump, close the liquid inlet valve, open the air inlet valve, and start to blow the cake.
