The Use Skills of Vibrating Screen
1.Check before starting to remove the attached transportation support.
2.Check that all the locking parts are firm:
(1) Check whether the sieve surface on the sieve is compressed.
(2) Check the connection between the vibrating motor and the sieve body.
3. Check vibration motors:
(1) Check power supply voltage
(2) Check the interlock control device of the vibration motor.
(3) remove the end cover of the motor and check whether the relative phase angle of the sector is consistent and tighten the fastening screws of the sector.
4. Feeding devices
(1) Tighten the gate.
(2) Check whether the hose connection between the inlet and outlet is hermetically sealed and not too tight, or it will be twisted during the motion of the sieve body.
5. Empty commissioning
(1) During the trial run, there shall be no collision or abnormal sound between the sieve body and the frame, etc.
(2) check amplitude, screen do not have the abnormal phenomenon such as distortion when do reciprocating straight line motion.
(3) After 10-15 minutes of operation, the bolts used for driving mechanism are tightened by the hand of the plate.
