The Maintenance Method Of Vibrating Screen Motor

The vibrating screen motor is an exciting source which combines the power source and the vibration source. It is the exciting force of the vertical motor, which is installed eccentrically heavy clocks on the upper and lower ends of the motor, which transforms the rotating motion of the motor into the third-order motion of the horizontal, vertical and inclined direction of the electric motor. The vibration excitation force is produced by the three-element motion. The exciting force utilization ratio of the vibration motor is high, the energy consumption is small, the noise is low and the service life is long. The exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted steplessly and is easy to use. Vibration motors will have various problems in use for a period of time. We need to carry out maintenance in the following three aspects:

1.Stop Check: Check whether there are liquid filth such as water and oil around the vibrating screen motor. The purpose is to prevent water, oil and other dirt into the vibration motor internal, causing the vibration of the motor short circuit and burn out. Before the equipment is running, the anchor screw of the vibration motor is struck with a wooden stick to see if there is any looseness, if it is not fastened in time, it will cause the vibration motor foot to break and the case is scrapped.

2.On-line check: in the vibration screen operation, check whether the vibration motor rotation is normal, whether there is abnormal noise, vibration and special smell. Stop the shaker immediately if there is any abnormality. The abnormal rotation of the vibrating screen motor may affect the normal heat dissipation of the vibration motor and the possibility of the vibration motor burning out the motor is very high. Then the shield, eccentric block, end cover screws are checked to prevent looseness.

3. temperature control inspection: temperature measuring equipment is used to test the shell, end cover and cable of the vibrating screen motor. the temperature rise of the vibrating motor depends on the ambient temperature, the calculation method of temperature rise: the ambient temperature and 40 degrees. If the temperature is too high, check whether the bearing is short of oil, the voltage of vibration motor is too high, whether the cable joint is loose, whether the cable is matched, whether the eccentric block position changes.

Reasonable use and fast inspection can play the role of vibrating screen motor better and prolong the service life of vibrating screen motor.
