2. The equipment shall be adjusted according to the installation drawings, in which the supporting chassis shall be installed horizontally on the flat ground, and the foundation shall have sufficient stiffness and strength.
3. There must be lifting holes in the four corners of the supporting chassis at the bottom of the vibrating screen, and the whole machine can not be lifted directly on the vibrating screen.
4. Make sure that the clearance between sieve box and hopper, material trough and other non-moving parts is at least 50 mm.
5. The shock absorber springs are selected according to the height, so that the height of the front end or the left and right sides of the back end are equal as far as possible, and the error is not more than 5 mm.
After the screen surface is installed, the left and right sides are kept level, otherwise thin iron sheets can be padded between the spring seat and the support.
