3. After installation and adjustment, no-load test operation of less than 2H should be carried out, requiring smooth operation, no abnormal or noise, and the amplitude and trajectory meet the requirements.The maximum temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 75 C.
4. After no-load test run is qualified, it can be put into load test run, and the load test run time can be carried out according to the requirements of process test run.
5. The exciter must be rotated by hand before commissioning. The rotating hand is flexible and noiseless. When there is no obstruction, the machine can be officially started.
