However, if the screening materials have corrosive, high temperature and oil properties, rubber sealing ring is not suitable. Usually, if there is no special requirement for the user material, the vibrating screen manufacturer will choose to install rubber rings when the vibrating screen leaves the factory.
2. Silica Gel Sealing Skin: Silicone seals are relatively expensive, but they have the advantages of stable chemical properties, strong thermal stability, high adsorption performance and relatively high mechanical strength. For example, the materials screened by users have related characteristics, and the vibration screen should choose the silicone seals.
3. Polyurethane Sealing Skin: Polyurethane sealing ring is the least commonly used sealing ring in vibration screen equipment, mainly because of its high cost. Polyurethane sealing rings have the characteristics of oil resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Users who screen materials with related characteristics should choose to install polyurethane sealing rings.
