3. When working, it is directly related to the screening effect of the equipment to check whether the screen surface or the outlet is in a horizontal state. If it is not horizontal, it is necessary to adjust it in time. The vibrating screen of our company is equipped with supporting foot. The user can adjust the foot to make the vibrating screen reach the level requirement.
4. In addition to the above, the most important thing is to adjust the angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor. The smaller the angle is to make the material disperse outward faster, and vice versa, the slower the material disperse outward. When changing the angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor, it should be adjusted about 5 degrees. If you have strict requirements for the screening accuracy, the angle of the motor should not be too small, otherwise the material will spread out quickly, which is not conducive to the screening effect. In general, the angle of the motor of the vibration screen is 45 degrees.
