1. Adjustment of exciting force: We all know that the magnitude of exciting force affects the screening efficiency and output of materials, so it is very important to adjust the exciting force of linear vibrating screen. By adjusting the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor, the magnitude of the exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted.
2. Connection of lines: Usually, the linear vibrating screen has reserved outlet head for workshop wiring. According to the operation steps of "Line Connection of Motor in the Instructions for the Use of Linear Vibrating Screen", when the vibration motor is installed on the screen box, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor are not in one direction, but installed at a certain angle, and the structures of the left and right sides of the motor are just the opposite. It is worth noting that sealant must be applied on the joint surface of the thread of the junction port and the junction box of the motor to prevent the phenomenon of water inflow during the screening process.
3. Addition of lubricating oil: After 2 months of accumulative work of linear vibration screen, each bearing should be lubricated. When adding lubricating oil, we should pay attention not to add too much, because excessive addition will make the vibration motor winding, affecting the coil heating.
4. Installation of screen: Usually, the screen of linear vibration screen is installed well and need not be operated again, but the replacement of screen is also an operation which is often needed after the later work. So it is very necessary to learn how to install screen. The installation procedure of screen mesh of linear vibration screen is very simple, only two steps are needed.
1) Loosen the tension bolt of the tightening screen, do not need to say that the nut is completely removed, rotate 90 degrees, so that it can withdraw from the long hole of the screen hook plate and take out the screen.
2) Replace the new screen, tighten the screen, so that the left hook plate is in the vertical position, tighten the right screen hook plate, then tighten the left side and tighten the bolt.
