What is gyratory vibration?

The vibrating force generated by the driving device of the gyratory vibrating screen is the inertial force that changes regularly around the fixed axis. After the screen is started, the screen box will reciprocate back and forth under the action of this inertial force, driving the screen surface to make a circular and periodic shaking, so that the material on the screen surface will make a directional jumping motion with the screen box. During the period, the materials smaller than the sieve hole fall into the lower sieve box through the sieve hole, and become the under-sieve. The material larger than the sieve hole will pass through the "S" bend on the sieve surface and then be discharged at the discharge port to complete the screening work.
