How does a vibrating screen work?

The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical vibrating motor as the excitation source. The upper and lower ends of the motor are equipped with eccentric weights, which convert the rotating motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion. Then the three-dimensional motion is transmitted to the screen surface through the shock absorption and vibration assistance effect of the spring. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower ends, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed to achieve the purpose of routine, fine, coarse screening, grading, and filtering. The screen is quick to change the screen, with high screening accuracy, good sealing, no dust flying, no liquid leakage, no blocking of the screen, and can be used in single layer and multiple layers.
