Sealing rings are commonly U-shaped and V-shaped, which are mainly used on letter grids and dust covers.


Common seals are mainly made of three materials: rubber seals, silicone seals and polyurethane seals. Rubber seals are the mainstream in the current market. Silicone and polyurethane seals are mainly used for special materials (such as high temperature, oily, and highly corrosive materials). 1. The silicone sealing ring has strong sealing performance and can be used for waterproofing and preservation, completely non-toxic and tasteless. Even if it is heated under high temperature conditions, it will not produce deformation and harmful substances. Strong tensile performance.


Long-term use will not turn yellow and will not fade. Corona resistance, arc resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good aging resistance, high temperature resistance, and FDA and SGS standards. Silicone sealing ring also has cold and heat resistance. Cold resistance: Ordinary rubber has a delay of -20°-30°, while silica gel still has good elasticity at -60°-70°. Some specially formulated silica gel can withstand extremely low temperatures. Heat resistance: Silica gel can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment up to 150° without deformation. It can be used continuously for 10,000 hours at a high temperature of 200°, and it can be used for a period of time even at a high temperature of 350°. The heat resistance of silica gel is evident. Therefore, the cost is slightly higher.


2. Rubber sealing ring is a commonly used sealing ring accessory for vibrating screen equipment. Because of its low cost and stable performance, it is the standard configuration of vibrating screen at present. However, rubber seals are not suitable for materials that are corrosive, high temperature, and oily. Usually, if the user has no special requirements for materials, rubber rings are selected as seals when the vibrating screen leaves the factory.


3. Polyurethane seals are rarely used in vibrating screens because of their high cost. Polyurethane plastic is known as the "wear-resistant king", and its hardness range is wide and adjustable (Shore 10A-73D). The polyurethane sealing ring is very resistant to oil, corrosion and high temperature, and can adapt to temperatures from -40 to 80 degrees. Good elasticity, the shape becomes smaller after long-term compression, and can be used for long-term anti-aging. Generally, users should choose to install polyurethane seals for materials with relatively special screening.
