Operation of membrane filter press:
1. A plastic valve must be installed at the outlet of the filter press to ensure the stability of the programmable diaphragm filter press and avoid polluting the outlet when the plate and frame materials are used.
2. Before use, you need to open the exhaust valve of the filter press. This can ensure that the filter press avoids short-circuiting the wires in the machine due to the high temperature during operation. This is also a necessary condition to ensure the personal safety of the operator, and the operator must follow this practice.
3. After closing the socket, turn on the power switch and let the motor start to run, so that the gas and liquid raw materials can be discharged into the medicine box in this way. If the raw materials are solid, do not do it.
4. After opening the circulating air valve, open the dosing valve again to make the liquid medicine produce a fixed water level in the dosing tank, and then add the filter aid, and finally add the activated carbon powder three times and then recover for three minutes. After such a cycle, the discharged liquid was successfully filtered without activated carbon powder.
5. When using the detection port valve, you can directly take a sample to check the cleanliness of the liquid and the filtering effect of the material. Such an inspection can help the operator understand whether the degree of plate and frame filtering of the raw materials after the operation of the filter press has reached a satisfactory effect, and then decide whether to continue the filtering process or stop the filtering process.
6. After opening the outlet, you need to close the circulation valve and the exhaust valve.
