2. Approximate operation process: compress the filter plate-turn on the pump to feed material-close the feed pump-pull open the filter plate to discharge-clean and check the filter cloth-ready to enter the next cycle.
3. The detailed operation method of the plate and frame filter press:
1). Close the power switch, the power indicator light is on;
2). Start the oil pump (at the same time check whether the oil pump is working properly);
3). Move all filter plates to the end of the thrust plate and place them in the middle of the two beams;
4). Start the compression button, the piston pushes the compression plate, compresses all the filter plates, after reaching the pressure value (see the pressure mark for the hydraulic pressure), then the pressure is maintained (the company customizes the automatic pressure maintaining filter press), press Turn off the button and the oil pump stops working;
5). Undercurrent: Open the filtrate valve to release the liquid. Open flow: open the tap to discharge liquid. At the same time, open the feed valve for filtering;
6). When it is full, close the feed valve and stop filtering;
7). Washable type: turn on the faucet, then turn on the washing water valve, and wash with water;
8). Start the oil pump, press the compression button, and after the nut is locked, turn the nut to the front end of the piston rod (compression plate end), and then press the release button. The piston waits for the compression plate to return to the proper working clearance. Turn off the motor;
9). Move the pull plate for unloading;
10). Check the filter cloth and filter plate, and clean up the residue on the bonding surface. If there is no problem, you can enter the next working cycle.
