1. When installing the supporting or suspending equipment, level the foundation, and then install the components in order according to the component diagram of the supporting or suspending equipment and the equipment diagram of the sieve. Before the tension spring is installed, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value of the end face symbol.
2. Connect the screen box to the supporting or hanging equipment. After installation, it should be adjusted according to the regular inclination. For hanging screens, the tilt angle of the screen box and the level of the main shaft of the screen box should be adjusted together. Generally, adjust the horizontality first to eliminate the deflection of the screen box. After level correction, adjust the longitudinal inclination of the screen box. The force of the vibration isolation tension spring should be uniform, and its force status can be judged by measuring the shrinkage of the tension spring. Generally, the shrinkage of the two sets of tension springs at the feed end is the same, and the two sets of tension springs at the discharge end should also be the same. The shrinkage of the tension spring at the discharge end and the feed end can be different.
3. Install the motor and triangle tape. When equipment is used, the base of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor needs to be corrected, the center lines of the corresponding grooves of the two belt wheels should be coincident, and the tensile force of the triangular belt should be suitable.
4. Equipment and fix the screen surface as required.
5. Check the fixing conditions of the connecting parts of the sieve, such as the sieve plate and the vibration exciter. The sieve should be evenly tensioned to avoid partial vibration. Check the smooth condition of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and the control box is correct, and scroll the transmission part by hand to check whether the work is normal.
6. Check whether the feeding and discharging chute of the sieve and the funnel under the sieve collide during operation.
