Gyratory vibrating screen

The inclination angle of the gyratory vibrating screen is 5~10°, which is driven by a transmission device. The material movement trajectory is a horizontal circular movement at the feed end, gradually becomes an elliptical movement in the length direction, and then transforms into an approximate reciprocating linear movement at the discharge end. The material fed through the feed port is uniformly distributed on the entire screen under the action of the gyratory vibrating screen, and automatically classified, so that the material with the smaller particle size under the material layer can be quickly sieved, while the upper particle size is relatively large. The material moves to the discharge end. During the movement, since there is no stirring and vertical beating, the smaller particles are close to the screen surface and can be sieved at any time.

The movement of the screen body at the discharge end is approximately reciprocating linear movement, which is the gradual weakening of the screening effect. So that the particles larger than the sieve hole size move quickly to the exit direction until they are discharged out of the machine to complete the entire screening of the material. During the screening process, the constantly beating elastic beating ball can effectively prevent the material from blocking the screen holes and ensure the high efficiency of screening.

The balance block balances the inertial forces in all directions during the movement of the screen body, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the screen body movement.
