Tumbler screen is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, mining and other industries. The tumbler screen produced by Henan Remont mainly overcomes the problem of screen clogging when the material is wetted. The friction coefficient of the material during the screening process is small, and the screen is not easy to block. However, when sieving some materials that are too wet, the phenomenon of sticking and blocking the net can not be avoided.
1. Install a rotating device
The Tumbler screen can be equipped with a belt rotation device on its fixed frame. When the drum rotates, the belt above the installation mechanism is driven to continuously beat the screen surface, thereby reducing the accumulation of materials on the screen holes. However, dust is easily generated during this operation. , Causing environmental pollution.
2. Install flushing device
You can install a tube with many small holes on the top of the tumbler screen, and use the impact of the water flow to wash away the material stuck to the screen (when installing a flushing pipe, first determine whether the material is suitable for washing with water).
3. Analyze materials
Most of the materials screened by the Tumbler screen are granular materials and are irregular, so the screen is blocked by the screening materials, and the material itself should be started to solve the problem of blocking the network fundamentally.
(1) When the material to be screened is finer or the water content is large, the material should be dried or screened by wet method.
(2) When there are many flake materials in the screened materials, the flake materials themselves cannot be smoothly passed through the screen, and are accumulated on the screen surface, hindering other materials from passing through the screen and causing blockage. At this time, the material crushing method and the particle size matching of different crushing methods and processes should be changed.
(3) Reasonable adjustment of the screen tension is an effective way to reduce the hole blocking of the screen. A reasonable tension can make the screen and the supporting beam produce a slight secondary vibration, thereby effectively reducing the occurrence of screen blocking.
