(1) When loosening the tension bolt of the tightening screen, do not completely remove the nut and so on. Rotate the tension bolt 90 degrees to make the flat side withdraw from the long hole of the screen hook plate. Then take out the screen hook plate and take out the screen mesh.
(2) When the screen is tensioned, the left hook plate should be in the vertical position, the right hook plate should be tensioned, and then the left tension bolt should be tightened. The screen and the screen frame should vibrate synchronously, so that the phenomenon of separation can not occur.
Hook-edge screen can be divided into two kinds: ordinary hook-edge screen and pre-tensioned hook-edge screen with pre-tensioned lining orifice plate. The bottom of the hook-edge screen with pre-tensioned lining orifice plate has a punched 2mm thick lining plate. The tension of the screen should be as large as possible, so that the distance between the spring wires can be 0.5-1.0mm; and the tension of ordinary hook-edge screen will cause the spring to yield, so the tension force should be reduced.
