(1) Turn off the power supply;
(2) Remove the shield on the vibrator;
(3) The outermost of each pair of balancing blocks on the axis of the rotary vibrator is used to change the exciting force produced by the vibrator.
(4) Lock the eccentric block at the same percentage of the maximum exciting force.
