1. Material characteristics: The nature of the material in the production process directly affects the production efficiency. Material characteristics include the particle size composition of the material itself, humidity, mud content and particle shape.

When the fine particle content of the material is large, the productivity of the vibrating screen is also great. When the humidity of the material is large, the screening efficiency generally decreases. However, the larger the mesh size, the smaller the influence of moisture. Therefore, for wet materials with large moisture content, in order to improve the screening process, usually the method of increasing the mesh or adopting a wet screen can be used. The material contains a large amount of mud (when the mud content is greater than 8%), it should be wet screened;

2. Effective screening area: the parameters of different vibrating screens are also different in design and production. The effective screening area of the screen surface refers to the ratio of the area of the screen holes to the area of the entire screen surface. The higher the effective screening area, the higher the yield;

3. Grid size: Grid size refers to the number of grids, that is, the number of grids in the square area. The smaller the grid size in the square, the larger the grid size, and the higher the output. However, the selection of the grid needs to be selected according to actual production requirements, and accuracy cannot be ignored when pursuing output;

4. Screening accuracy: We have introduced grid size to affect output and efficiency. When the accuracy requirements are high, the more grids in the square, this will also affect the output while providing accuracy.

5. Motor power: as the power source of the vibrating screen, the vibrating motor is an indispensable part of the equipment. The size of the motor power directly affects the strength of the exciting force, and the exciting force is directly related to the production volume. In most cases, if you want to increase production efficiency, you can increase the motor power to achieve higher productivity. What needs to be reminded is that the size of the vibrating screen is consistent with the power of the motor, and the increase in the exciting force will reduce the service life of the equipment. Please make reasonable adjustments during the production process;

6. Equipment tilt: The problem of equipment tilt mainly refers to the square vibrating screen.

7. Contact with the screen surface: The amount of material in contact with the screen surface during the production process will affect the production efficiency. Too much material on the surface of the screen will not only affect the service life of the screen, but also reduce the production efficiency of the vibrating screen. Therefore, reasonable feeding is recommended. Or use an automatic loading system;

8. Material shape: Under normal circumstances, the vibrating screen is square. When the shape of the production material is irregular or bar or cylindrical, clogging will occur and the production efficiency will be affected. If this problem occurs, users can consider using a new type of swing vibrating screen for production;

9. Cleaning system: The standard cleaning device for the production of materials below 200 mesh is a bouncing ball cleaning system, but if the material mesh is higher than 200 mesh or has viscous, static electricity, light weight, and theater, it is necessary to consider using an ultrasonic cleaning system to improve Productivity;

10. Equipment material: The standard material of the vibrating screen is Q235 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel. However, if you encounter lithium battery materials, which cannot change the material properties and the material stuck to the wall of the screen frame, you need to spray Teflon inside.
