1. Insufficient voltage. There is too much material on the screen. Look at the circuit, screen feeding uniform, screen surface screening to have margin.

2. The problem of vibration motor is mainly embodied in the installation. Because there are heavy eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor, such as vertical or inclined installation, the bearings will bear polarization force, which will have a negative impact on the bearings, and then shorten the service life of the motor.

3. Sealing problems of shield and inner seal ring: the working environment of linear screen is very bad and dust is big. When the shield of vibration motor is not tightly sealed, it is easy to enter dust. If the inner seal ring is not tightly sealed again, it will lead to friction work of migraine block, and then burn down the motor.

4. The problem of foot bolt: the loosening of foot bolt will also lead to the damage of vibration motor. Because the excitation force produced by the migration block at both ends of the vibration motor shocks the anchor bolt more than 2,000 times per minute, coupled with the vibration of the vibration motor itself, the anchor bolt is very easy to loosen. Once a bolt loosens, it will cause other bolts to loosen or even crack in a relatively short time, and then burn down the motor.

5. Shortage of oil or excessive oil injection is also one of the main causes of vibration motor damage.

6. If the angle of the eccentric block is too large, it will produce large amplitude vibration. If the eccentric block runs at the maximum amplitude for a long time, it will inevitably lead to accelerated wear of the bearing and shorten the life of the bearing due to fatigue. Therefore, the adjustment of the eccentricity should be appropriate. If the vibration quantity is insufficient, the vibration motor of the larger size can be replaced, so the operation period can be prolonged.

7. Temperature. The normal operation of bearings should not exceed 75 C. The new vibration motor has running-in process, maybe the temperature is slightly higher, but after a period of work, the temperature should be stabilized. If the stability continues to be too high, the oil grade, oil level and oil cleanliness should be checked.
