1. The physical properties of the materials screened by the vibrating screen include the particle size composition, humidity, mud content and particle shape of the materials themselves. When the fineness of the material is large, the productivity of the sieve is also large. When the humidity of the material is high, the sieving efficiency will be reduced. But the larger the sieve hole size, the smaller the moisture effect. So in order to improve the sieving process of wet materials with larger moisture content, the method of enlarging the sieve hole or the wet sieving method can be adopted. Large amount of mud in the material (if the mud content is more than 8%) should be wet sieving, or pre-washing ore.
Second, vibrating screen surface property and its structure parameter influence, vibrating screen is to make particle and sieve surface make vertical motion, so screening efficiency is high, productivity is big. The relative motion of particle and sieve surface is mainly plane vibrating screen with parallel motion, its sieving efficiency and productivity are low. For a certain material, the productivity and screening efficiency of the sieve depend on the size of the sieve. The productivity depends on the width of sieve surface, the width of sieve surface is high, the efficiency of sieving depends on the length of sieve surface, and the efficiency of sieving length is high. Generally the ratio of length to width is 2, the larger the area of the effective vibrating sieve (i.e., the ratio of the area of the sieve hole to the area of the whole sieve surface) Then the higher the unit area productivity and sieving efficiency, the larger the sieve hole size, the higher the productivity per sieve surface and the higher the sieving efficiency.
