Vibrating Screen For Fear Of Water

Aug 10, 2016

1. Circulating hot air drying method: A drying chamber made of heat insulation material (e.g. bricks with refractory bricks) is provided with an air outlet on the top and an air inlet on the side. The air inlet is connected with the heating chamber, and the heating chamber is insulated with 220V electric furnace wire of about 3kW (heating chamber can also be heated by other methods). The heating chamber can be made of iron sheet, and the hot air in the heating chamber is blown into the drying chamber by a blower to dry the windings of the vibration motor. The hot air temperature in the drying chamber is controlled at about 100 C.

2. Lamp drying method: Put one or more high-power incandescent bulbs (such as 100W) into the chamber of the vibration motor for drying. Note: The bulb should not be too close to the coil to prevent the coil from burning out. Canvas and other materials can be covered on the shell of the vibration motor for thermal insulation.

3. Chemical desiccant water absorption method: Quick lime desiccant. The main component is calcium oxide, whose water absorption ability is achieved by chemical reaction, so water absorption is irreversible. Regardless of the ambient humidity, it can maintain moisture absorption capacity greater than 35% of self-weight. It is more suitable for low temperature preservation. It has excellent drying and moisture absorption effect and low price.
