Structure of mine vibrating screen
Except for the side plates and members such as vibrators that are mounted on the side plates and the side plates, the remaining members are cylinders whose axes are parallel to the Z axis, such as the tailgate, the pipe beam, the sieve plates, and the like. These members will elastically deform during the vibration process.
If the mining screen is manufactured, it is ideally used, and since there is no corresponding driving force or driving torque, no torsional vibration is generated. However, in fact, manufacturing errors, uneven material distribution and other factors may form a driving source for torsional vibration. When the natural frequency of the system's torsional vibration is sufficiently close to the operating frequency, unacceptable torsional vibrations may be formed, causing damage. An example of such engineering damage is present. If we can calculate the natural frequency of structural torsional vibration relatively accurately, and determine the range of feasible natural frequencies through engineering practice, error analysis, and quality control, we can avoid the damage of torsional vibration, or adopt corresponding methods to improve this type vibrating sieve.
