2) Sub-master net: It is suitable for materials with good sieve but high bulk density, such as 60-mesh iron powder;
3) Single-layer bouncing ball: It is suitable for materials that are not well sieved, have moderate bulk density, and have a mesh number of 150 or more; for example: aluminum powder: 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh;
4) The sub-mesh with the marble ball: more suitable for fine screening with difficult screening, bulk density, mesh number below 60 mesh; for example: quartz sand, 60 mesh, 100 mesh, 150 mesh, etc.;
5) A sieve machine can use a variety of meshing methods. For example, the screening material is quartz sand, and the meshing number is 10 mesh, 20 mesh, 40 mesh, and 120 mesh. At this time, 10 mesh can be used for single mesh. 20 mesh, 40 mesh can use a single layer with a marble ball, 120 mesh can use a parent network with a marble ball.
