1. Equipment installation and adjustment should pay attention to:

3, load test
(1) Start the equipment first, and then load it evenly until it is fully loaded.
(2) The equipment must not have excessive or significant impact sounds.
(3) The equipment is continuously operated for 8 hours, and the bearing temperature rise does not exceed 70 °C.
(4) Stop feeding before stopping, and stop the material in the sieve cylinder after it is completely discharged.
(5) It can be put into production and use in accordance with the above conditions.
(6) It is strictly forbidden to make adjustments while the equipment is running.
4. Lubrication and maintenance of equipment
(1) Always pay attention to and timely do the lubrication work of all parts of the equipment. Ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life of the equipment.
(2) The grease used in this machine is a calcium-based grease.
(3) The lubricating parts of the machine must be filled with grease before leaving the factory. The user determines the lubrication cycle based on the specific operating conditions. The machine body has two lubrication parts, which are on the bearing block at the head and tail.
(4) Equipment lubrication should be carried out after stopping, and the motor and reducer should be maintained according to the instructions.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to make adjustments while the equipment is running.
5. Equipment maintenance and management
(1) Equipment should have special care management.
(2) Maintenance and repair of the equipment must be carried out after parking. It is strictly forbidden to carry out maintenance and repair while the equipment is running.
(3) Equipment management and maintenance personnel should always inspect the operation of the equipment, for example: whether the fasteners are reliable and whether the rotating parts are flexible. The equipment must be cleaned after the shift.
