chamber filter press
The process in which the chamber filter press concentrates or digests the sludge to reduce or remove moisture and converts it into a semi-solid or solid mud cake is called sludge dewatering. After dewatering, the sludge water content can generally be reduced to 70% to 85%, depending on the nature of the sludge and sediment and the effectiveness of the dewatering equipment. Further dewatering of the sludge means that the sludge is dried and the moisture content of the dried sludge is usually less than 20%. The dehydration method mainly includes a natural drying method and a mechanical dehydration method of the chamber filter press.
The advantage of the van filter press is continuous operation, so the processing capacity per unit area is high and the power consumption is low. When the flocculant is selected and used, the product has low moisture. In addition, it has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and small floor space.
The box filter press is a continuous working dehydration device with simple structure and convenient operation. The chamber filter press has been widely used to treat various sludges, coal preparation products, hydrometallurgical residues, pipeline materials, etc., and is ready to filter metal concentrates.
