Surface Pretreatment of Antirust:
1) Surface cleaning: Cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the rust-proof material and the conditions at that time, select the appropriate method. The commonly used methods are solvent cleaning, chemical treatment cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
2) After the surface is dry and cleaned, it can be dried by filtered dry compressed air, or by a dryer at 120-170 C, or by a clean gauze.
Method of applying antirust oil:
1) Immersion method: Some small articles are immersed in rust-proof grease, so that its surface is adhered to a layer of rust-proof grease. Oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of rust-proof grease.
2) Brushing method is suitable for outdoor construction equipment or products of special shape which are not suitable for immersion or spraying. When brushing, attention should be paid not only to the accumulation, but also to the prevention of leakage.
3) Spray method can not be used to soak some large antirust substances by immersion method. Generally, the filter compressed air of about 0.7Mpa pressure is used for spraying in the clean air area. Spray method is suitable for solvent dilution antirust oil or thin layer antirust oil, but must adopt perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.
