Because if the filter cloth is not clean, the water permeability of the filter cloth will be affected, and the treatment time of sewage or sludge will be prolonged. The effect of the treated material is not ideal, and the moisture content of the sludge filtered by pressure will also be higher than the normal value. Therefore, the entire filter press process is unqualified. Therefore, if the filter cloth is not neatly arranged or has wrinkles, after the mud inlet pressure increases, mud will spray out from the gap, which not only does not have a good processing effect, but also gives Operators bring a lot of trouble, so in order to avoid subsequent situations, it is better to make preparations in advance.
2. It is to check whether the filter plate is pressed tightly: when the pressing cylinder is working, the filter plate will be moved directionally. The filter plate is pressed tightly, only in this way can a closed chamber be formed between the adjacent filter plates, and a better filter press effect can be achieved.
3. During the filter press process, the feed pump transports the slurry to the filter chamber. After the filter chamber is filled with materials, the filter press work officially begins. With the help of the pressure pump or compressed air, the solids in the slurry Liquid is separated.
4. When the entire filter press process is completed, use the pulling device to loosen the filter plate. Then the filter cake will fall off automatically by gravity. Use the lower transport plane to transport it away. After that, you can start cleaning the filter cloth. Basically, the filter cloth of the filter press needs to be rinsed once a day after each mud removal is completed.
