First of all, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, check whether the equipment is installed in place, whether the valve and the first round are tightly closed, so that the normal operation of the pressure can be maintained.
1: Open the oil inlet valve and overflow valve of the leaf filter, turn on the oil pump, and fill the tank with oil. When the liquid is observed from the overflow pipe sight glass, it means that the raw material liquid has filled the tank.
2: Close the overflow valve of the leaf filter, open the circulation valve, and start the circulation, about 5-10 minutes, when the clear night is observed through the sight glass of the discharge pipe, it indicates that the filter cake has formed.
3: Close the circulation valve of the leaf filter, open the Qingye valve, and start filtering. Generally, the thickness of the filter cake is controlled at 2-3 cm. The pressure change can be observed from the pressure gauge on the upper part of the tank. During the filtering process, the filter cake is added. The oil pump needs to be stopped when the pressure rises. Generally, when the pressure is about 0.4pa, the oil pump needs to be stopped.
4: The cake blowing process, stop the oil pump, close the liquid inlet valve, open the inlet valve, and start to blow the cake. The pressure is generally maintained at 0.45-0.5pa. The cake blowing effect is the best. The cake blowing time is generally 15-30 minutes, starting from the night Observe through the sight glass and stop blowing the cake when there are few half sight glasses in the clear night.
5: During the vibration slag discharge process of the leaf filter, open the sewage valve, return the raw liquid from the lower part of the vertebral body to the original liquid tank, open the exhaust valve to restore the pressure to zero, open the butterfly valve, and vibrate the slag.
The leaf filter is a precision clarification equipment that is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and closed and automated filtration. It is widely used in grain and oil, petrochemical, chemical, beverage, pharmaceutical, biological, sugar and other industries.
