After the filtrate enters the tank through the pump and is full, the solid impurities in the filtrate are intercepted by the stainless steel filter screen under the action of pressure, and a filter cake is formed on the filter screen. The filtrate passes through the filter screen, enters the liquid outlet pipe and flows out of the tank through the filter nozzle, thereby obtaining a clear filtrate.
As the filtration time increases, more and more solid impurities are trapped on the filter screen. The thickness of the filter cake is continuously increased, the filtering resistance is increased, and the pressure in the tank is increased. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the slag needs to be discharged, the input of the filtrate into the tank is stopped, and then the steam is blown into the filter cake. Turn off the steam, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator to make the filter leaf vibrate, and the filter cake on the filter screen is shaken off and discharged through the slag discharge port under the tank.
