Working principle of gyratory vibrating screen

Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a screening equipment whose screen body mainly makes horizontal circular motion. The screen body is driven by the eccentric shaft zhuan of the transmission box to perform a plane shu rotation movement, and the screen body has a certain inclination angle (3°～5°). This type of equipment has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low noise, and better classification effect. The trajectory of the screen body is a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually becomes an elliptical motion in the length direction, and finally becomes an approximate reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. The working process is that the feed particles fed into the feed port are evenly distributed over the entire screen width under the action of the circular motion of the screen body, and automatic classification is generated. As a result, the material with the smaller particle size below the material layer is quickly sieved, while the material with the larger particle size above moves to the discharge end. In the moving process, because there is no agitation and vertical movement, the smaller particles are always close to the screen surface and can be screened at any time. At the discharge end, the motion of the screen body is approximately reciprocating linear motion, which gradually weakens the sieving effect, so that particles larger than the sieve hole size quickly move to the outlet until they are discharged outside the machine to complete the entire screening of the material. During the screening process, the constantly beating elastic ball can effectively prevent the material from clogging the screen holes and ensure the screening efficiency.
