Working principle and process of vibrating screen
The principle of the vibrating screen is that the eccentric motion of the vibrating motor generates vibration to drive the screen screen to beat the material so as to achieve effective screening.In the use of the vibrating screen, when the particle size level of the screening products of crushed materials exceeds two, the problem of the screening order occurs. We summarized the following three kinds of suitable vibrating screen order:
1. Joint method is also called mixed screening method, vibrating screen in the process of screening, in which the screen surface by coarse to fine arrangement, the other part of the screen surface by fine to coarse arrangement.For example, rotary vibrating screen is usually used from coarse to fine or combined screening sequence.
2. Overlap method is the screening method from coarse to fine when shaker sifts materials.In the process of screening, the screen surface one by one overlap, the upper screen surface sieve hole is larger, the following layer of screen surface sieve hole gradually reduced.
3. Sequence method is a sequential screening method for materials from fine to coarse.It is characterized by convenient maintenance, easy to observe the work of each layer of vibrating screen surface.When the vibrating screen is sifted by the sequential method, the screen surface shall be arranged in the order that the screen hole is increased.To sum up, several kinds of screening sequence are applicable to different material types. When selecting the customer, we should consult the manufacturer to see which screening form can produce greater screening efficiency.
