Working principle and maintenance method of linear vibrating screen
As a vibration source of a linear vibrating screen, a vibration motor should have the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, compact structure, high excitation efficiency, energy saving, and convenient installation and debugging. The selection of the linear vibrating screen vibration motor should specifically select your operating frequency, large excitation force, power, etc. The speed of the vibration motor should be close to the operating frequency; the large excitation force must be within the range of the selected motor's synthetic excitation force; then the power of the vibration motor is selected according to the selected operating frequency and large excitation force.
Stainless steel vibrating screen should be cleaned and maintained regularly to maintain its gorgeous surface and prolong its service life.
There are three main points to note:
1.When cleaning the stainless steel surface, care must be taken not to cause surface scratches, and to avoid the use of bleaching ingredients and abrasive detergents, steel balls, grinding tools, etc.
2.To remove the washing liquid, rinse the surface with clean water at the end of washing.
3.Grease, oil, and lubricating oil on the surface of stainless steel are contaminated. Wipe clean with a soft cloth, and then clean with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or a special detergent.
