Everyone knows that the vibrating screen is a fine screening device. Due to its high precision, low noise and high output, it is widely used in food, metallurgical mining, pollution treatment and other industries. However, some users have recently reported that mixing occurs when the vibrating screen is used for three years or so. This greatly reduces the screening accuracy and screening effect. 1. Check the sealing degree of the screen frame and the sieve body. Generally, the vibrating screen will have a sealing strip between the screen frame and the screen body at the time of shipment. However, since the sealing strips are mostly made of rubber, since the vibrating screen generates heat and friction during the screening process, some bad quality sealing strips may be deformed after a period of use. Therefore, it is recommended that users should regularly check whether the seal ring is deformed when using the vibrating screen. If the variant is found, it should be replaced in time.

 

2. Damage to the screen. Due to the difference in the user's screening materials, the material and standard of the vibrating screen are not only the same. However, since the sieve machine can be operated continuously, the compliance with the screen is quite large. This will cause damage to the screen. Users should find timely replacement in the production process. To ensure the normal production of the production. The vibrating screen produced by our vibrating screening machine can be changed in just 3-5 minutes.


3. The motor excitation force is too small. Small particle materials and large particle materials cannot be completely classified. This situation is mostly solved by adjusting the motor excitation force or replacing a new motor caused by the motor being used for too long. If the excitation force is too small, the screening may be incomplete.
