The tumbler screen adopts the principle of artificial screening, which combines the circular motion of the "sieve" plane of the manual screening action and the "jumping" upward parabolic motion. By adjusting the warp angle and tangential angle, the screening effect can reach the best condition you require. It is especially suitable for screening, filtering and grading materials that require high screening capacity and materials that are easy to block the screen (precision, efficiency, and screen life are 5-10 times that of ordinary round screens).
The physical material smaller than the screen surface aperture falls to the lower layer through the screen holes and becomes the under-sieve. The material larger than the screen surface aperture is discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling motion.
The two motions of the tumbler screen, the sieve and the jolt, make the material move in a spiral involute on the surface of the screen. This movement track enables the material to be screened in an effective area. Take a relatively long way to improve the screening accuracy. The unique design makes the material move on the network longer than other screens, so the screening output is relatively high.
During use, the low-speed operation of the tumbler screen ensures the service life of the equipment, reduces maintenance costs, reduces equipment noise, and makes the equipment safer to use.
