What are the common problems when the linear vibrating screen is abnormal?
1. The two motors must move in opposite directions simultaneously. Open the equipment and observe the direction of the motor.
2. Check whether the two motors are operating normally? Turn on each motor separately and observe whether they are normal? Please note that the running time of a single motor is better to see the effect instantly;
3. The two motors must be the same. The two motors must use the same model and manufacturer. The excitation forces of the two motors must be the same, and the adjustment phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric weights of the motors should be the same;
4. Equipment and screens must be level. Open the upper cover to observe the material distribution and sieving situation. If the material distribution is uneven, first check the tightness of the screen; check the level and stability of the equipment in turn; if this phenomenon has not been improved, then Adjust the top frame of the screen.
5. Is the equipment connected to a hard object or pressed by a heavy object?
