Structural features of tumbler screen:

1. Pyramid base and chassis are the basic parts of the screen, and the middle screen layer can be increased or decreased according to needs.

2. The main drive shaft passes through the bearing and is fixed in the pyramid base. There are balance weights on the top and bottom of the main rotating shaft to keep the screen machine balanced in motion. The screen is driven by a V-belt through a common motor.

3. The base of the sieve machine makes a planetary rotation movement that revolves around the main shaft of the screen machine system and autotransmits around the self-directing main shaft.


Advantages of round tumbler screen:

1. Materials can enter from the center of the machine, and each layer of materials will be screened in turn and enter the next layer from the center. Therefore, the moving distance of each part of the material on the screen is basically similar. In this way, accurate screening can be guaranteed.

2. Through reasonable adjustment of the screen, the vertical acceleration of the material with larger particle size will increase when it approaches the edge of the screen layer, which can further improve the screening efficiency.


From the moving trajectory of the vibrating body of the screen machine, the tumbler screen is a non-linear inertial vibrating screen. Due to the unique structure and working principle, the tumbler screen is especially suitable for the classification of fine particles and fine powder materials. The tumbler screen can be used for dry screening and wet screening.
