1. Check the upper and lower sieve surfaces of the vibrating screen to remove impurities on the screen surface.
2. Check the upper and lower sieve surfaces of the shaker. The sieve surfaces should be undamaged. If there is any damage, they should be replaced immediately.
3. Check the miscellaneous outlets under the vibrating screen, clean up the impurities, and ensure that the miscellaneous outlets are unobstructed.
4. Check the fixed nuts of the screen frame at the feeding end of the vibrating screen to ensure that the screen frame has been pressed.
5. Check the fixing nuts of the sieve frame on both sides of the shaker to ensure that the sieve frame has been locked.
6. The large and small miscellaneous feeding ports should hang up the feeding bags to ensure that impurities do not leak out.
7. Start the suction device to let the wind pass through the vertical suction duct.
8. Start cleaning equipment, pay attention to observe the vibration of the screen body, if there is abnormal jumping, shaking or abnormal noise, should immediately stop, check and troubleshoot.
9. Open the feeding gate and adjust the leveling plate to make the material flow uniformly into the upper screen. After adjustment, the uniform plate shaft must be tightened with pin nuts.
10. Open the air flow regulating plate of the vertical suction separator smoothly and carefully adjust the air flow so that the grain does not suck out with impurities.
11. Attention should be paid to whether there is any grain mixed in large or small miscellaneous materials. If there is any grain mixed, the machine should be stopped immediately and the screen surface should be checked.
12. The impurities on the upper screen surface should be cleaned up at least every hour, and the bags should be replaced in time when they are full.
13. When the feeding stops, the equipment will continue to run for 2 minutes before stopping.
14. If the equipment does not work for a long time, the impurities should be removed completely by removing the upper and lower sieve surfaces and checking whether the sieve surfaces are damaged or not.
15. To ensure the requirements of civilized production, it is necessary to regularly clean the hygiene around the machine.
