1. Plate filter press operators and maintenance workers must undergo relevant training, and after passing the assessment, they will be issued certificates and hold certificates.
2. All operators must wear labor protection (including work clothes, hats, shoes, gloves, etc.) according to regulations.
3. When cleaning the work site, it is strictly forbidden to flush electrical equipment, cables, signal lines, on-site operation boxes and equipment transmission parts with water, and do not flush the hydraulic system with water.
4. The work site should be kept neat and clean at all times, and the equipment should be "five no leakage" (no coal, no water, no oil, no electricity, no air).
5. Manually close the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder of the filter press not to be higher than the set pressure to prevent the tail plate from tilting.
6. Pull the filter plate manually. When the filter plate is in place, release the button and do not pull it forcibly to prevent damage to the filter plate.
7. When the maintenance personnel replace the filter plate, they should stop the hydraulic station, cleaning device, and feed extrusion system.
8. If there is a problem during operation, press the emergency stop on the panel of the control box immediately.
9. All pressure pipelines, valves, containers, instruments, etc. of this product should be operated in accordance with relevant national regulations.
10. Before any overhaul or inspection of this machine, the "power outage overhaul" system should be strictly implemented. When performing on-site single-machine debugging or operation, a dedicated person should be supervised, and both parties must do a good job of communication and contact to prevent misoperation.
