Rotary vibrating screen operation and installation requirements recommendations
Firstly, there are two ways of feeding the rotary vibrating screen: manual feeding and equipment feeding;
1. Manual feeding: According to the effect of screening, feed evenly, avoiding a large amount of feeding. At this time, it not only affects the screening effect, but also affects the quality of the screen and the overall quality of the equipment.
2. Equipment feeding: vibrating screen avoiding and feeding equipment, receiving equipment rigid connection, is a soft connection, the output of the feeding equipment should match the screening output of the vibrating screen.
Secondly, the installation requirements of the vibrating screen:
1. The vibrating screen and the ground plane can be bolted together, or a rubber sheet of 5-10 mm thick can be placed directly on the ground plane as a shock absorbing plate;
2. The vibrating screen removes the fixed bolts for transportation before starting the operation;
3. After the installation of the vibrating screen is completed, the empty machine is operated first, and the equipment is running normally, and the manual feeding test machine is started. After the manual test machine is normal, the feeding device is connected.
