1. Material viscosity

2. Filter area

Increasing the filtration area is an important method to adjust the filtration rate. Usually, when customizing a closed filter, the flow rate per unit filtration area is considered, and the filtration area needs to be designed to meet the filtration requirements, and then the filter cartridge can be designed. 3. Filtration accuracy

We say low viscosity and high filtration speed. What happens if the filtering accuracy is higher? The filtration accuracy is high, and the filtration efficiency per unit area is of course low. 4. Working method

The working mode is also one of the reasons that affect the filtration rate. The working mode of the leaf filter needs to be pre-coated, some needs to get filter cake, and some needs to be cleared. The working method (please refer to the automatic candle filter for the specific working method) is different, here is the pre-coating, pre-coating generally requires higher filtration accuracy and lower viscosity materials that need to be pre-coated. The filter cake formed on the filter cloth after pre-coating can effectively intercept impurity particles and play a good filtering role. The thicker the pre-coated in this way, the lower the filtration rate.
