1. When the number of filter plates is less than the specified number, it is strictly prohibited to start, so as not to damage the machine parts. Check the arrangement of the filter plates before feeding. The filter cloth cannot be folded to prevent a large amount of leakage; after unloading the cake, the filter plates must be pressed tightly and arranged neatly.

2. Debug the normal filter press before feeding, and conduct a full inspection of the whole machine. Mechanical compression transmission parts and reducers must be lubricated; hydraulic check the oil storage capacity of the oil tank and the working pressure of the hydraulic station. The hydraulic oil is generally replaced once a year. When replacing, the hydraulic system should be cleaned thoroughly. The working pressure of the hydraulic station is less than the maximum working pressure of the oil cylinder, but the small value should not be lower than the allowable value of the filter pressure. If it is too small, it will cause a large leak and damage the machine parts.

3. At the beginning of the filter press, the filter of the filter press is turbid, and the filtrate will become clear when the filter cake is formed on the filter cloth. If the filtrate is turbid or mixed, the filter cloth may be damaged or the cloth holes may deviate from the plate holes. At this time, close the valve or stop feeding, and replace the filter cloth. A small amount of leakage caused by the capillary phenomenon of the filter cloth is allowed between the filter plates.

4. After everything is normal, the filter plate can be pressurized to filter. The filtration pressure and temperature must be within the specified range. If the filtration pressure is too high, it will cause leakage. If the filtration temperature is too high, the plastic filter plate is easily deformed. When feeding, the suspension should have a uniform concentration. There must be no debris; after unloading the cake, the filter cloth and filter plate must be cleaned, and the residue must not stick to the sealing surface or the feed channel, otherwise it will affect the smooth progress of the feed and the sealing performance of the filter plate, resulting in both sides of the filter plate Unbalanced pressure causes deformation and damage to the filter plate.

5. When moving the filter plate, the force should be even and appropriate, and no collision or breaking is allowed to avoid damaging the sealing surface and the filter wrench. After the filter cloth is used for a period of time, it will harden and its performance will decrease. So check it regularly. If there is a change that affects the filtering speed, the filter cloth can be neutralized and cleaned with a corresponding low concentration of weak acid and weak alkali to restore the filter cloth's function. If it cannot be restored, it should be replaced in time.

6. The selection of filter cloth must meet the filter technical requirements of the filter paddle. Before making a new filter cloth, the filter cloth should shrink and the diameter of the opening should be smaller than the pore size of the filter plate. When matching the filter plate, the cloth hole should be relatively concentric with the plate hole, and the cloth hole should be close to the cylinder wall. Otherwise, it will cause unclear filtration, low filtration rate, rupture of the cloth tube, and fail to achieve the expected filtration purpose.

7. The slurry, lotion or compressed air valve must be activated according to the operating regulations, and cannot be activated at the same time. The pressure of the diaphragm squeezing the compressed air cannot exceed the filtration pressure.
