Matters needing attention in ultrasonic vibration sieve testing machine
Correct and reasonable use of vibration screening equipment can not only effectively improve the screening efficiency, but also extend the service life of the equipment. Matters needing attention when testing the ultrasonic vibrating screen:
1).Check before running:
1Whether the sealing rubber hose for maintaining the ultrasonic wires in the body is locked;
2).Whether the fixed connection port on the screen frame is locked;
3).Check whether the power supply of the ultrasonic generator is 220V and ensure that there is ground protection.
2.Device:
1).According to the connection instructions of the ultrasonic generator, make the power supply of the ultrasonic generator and the ultrasonic interface of the body correct, insert the interface and lock;
2).Turn the fine-tuning knob on the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to the minimum, and check whether there is any abnormality in the ammeter. The current should be less than 200mA.
3).Debug the ultrasonic vibrating screen;
4).Start the ultrasonic vibrating screen to make the screen reach an ideal state.
5).Evenly feed into use.
3.Note:
1).220220V50HZ power supply for ultrasonic generator power supply and ensure ground protection;
2).Single layer mesh screening, set 1-3 layers, must be uniformly fed, according to customer requirements;
3).Regularly check whether the sealing rubber tube for maintaining the ultrasonic conduction wire in the body is locked;
