Operation and maintenance of gyratory vibrating screen
Maintain
1. Periodic inspection proposes that the sieve face should be cleaned up on the screen, and check whether the screen is tight or broken;
2. After running for about 200 hours, the bearings of the vibration motor should be lubricated, and a grease gun should be used to add lubricating oil to the bearings.
Operating
1. Check whether the parts are normal and whether the fasteners are loose, especially the vibration motor;
2. During the operation of the screening machine, if any abnormal sound is found, it should be shut down for inspection immediately, and it must not be put into operation before the fault is eliminated;
3. The vibration motor accumulates within 100 hours, which is the initial operation period. During this period, other foot bolts should be tightened once per shift;
4. After each use of the gyratory vibrating screen, you need to confirm that the material in the machine is empty before shutting down, so as to avoid material deposits and block the screen holes.
