Preparation before installation of rotary vibrating screen
1. Check whether the motor label conforms to the requirements.
2. The insulation resistance shall be measured with a 500v megometer. The value of the insulation resistance shall be dried for the stator windings and the drying temperature shall not exceed 120℃.
3. Check each fastener of the motor and guard against looseness.
4. Check whether the motor surface is damaged or deformed.
5. Check whether the rotation is flexible, if there is abnormal, should be excluded.
6. Check the power supply, whether there is any phase missing, and run for 5 minutes without load.
Installation and adjustment of rotary vibrating screen
1. The motor should be fastened on the installation surface, and the installation surface should be smooth and flat.
2. The motor can be installed horizontally.
3. The lead of the motor adopts four-core rubber cable yz-500v. When connecting the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to be snapped, and it is fixed with the vibration body reliably.
4. The motor should be reliably grounded, the motor has a grounding device, the lead end is marked, can also use the solid bolt grounding.
5. Adjustment of vibration force of rotary vibrating screen.
Use and maintenance of rotary vibrating screen
1. The rotary vibration screen should be installed with electrical protection device.
2. Check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent looseness at the beginning of rotary vibrating screen operation.
3. When the rotation direction of the motor does not meet the requirements, the phase sequence of the power supply can be adjusted.
4. The motor shall be well lubricated, and lithium grease (zl-3) shall be added once every two weeks. When refueling, an appropriate amount of lithium grease shall be added through the oil cup.When using sealed bearings, the motor is not installed with oil cups.
5. The bearing should be checked after the cumulative operation of the rotary vibrating screen for 1500 hours. If there is serious damage, the bearing should be replaced immediately.
6. When the rotary vibrating screen is stopped for a long time and used again, the insulation resistance should be measured. It should be used for 500 v megohm meter measurement and should be greater than 0.5 megohm.
