After that, check the wiring of the motor and control box for leaks, and manually rotate the transmission part to check whether the movement is normal.
3. When installing support and hanging devices
At the beginning of the installation, level the foundation, and then follow the installation diagram of the supporting or hanging device and the circular vibrating screen to arrange the various parts in order. The installation of the spring can be selected according to the marked test machine.
4. When adjusting the level of the equipment, remember to keep the two ends parallel to eliminate the deflection of the screen box. Pay attention to check the inlet and outlet troughs and small hoppers of the screen to see if there will be collisions. , And deal with it in time if there is any.
5. Check the flexibility of the exciter. After turning the belt pulley by hand to make the eccentric block out of the balance position, there should be several free swings. If the sieve arrives more than half a year before installing, the exciter should be completely removed and cleaned. Come on.
6. Check the tightness of all bolts of the circular vibrating screen.
